6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Non-Returnable Products
Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of the gemstones, once the gemstones are purchased and delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that a gemstone is found to be defective or damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a replacement.
- Please provide clear photographs of the damaged item, including packaging, for our records.
- Once we confirm the damage, a replacement gemstone will be shipped at no extra charge.
6.3 Refunds
- Gemstone Recommendations: As gemstone recommendations are made based on a personalized astrological consultation, we do not offer refunds for consultation services.
- Payment Refunds: Payments for gemstones or services are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes situations where the customer decides not to proceed with the recommendation or consultation after payment.
- Incorrect Delivery: In the case of incorrect items being delivered (e.g., wrong gemstone or wrong quantity), a refund or replacement will be issued only after verification of the issue. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
6.4 Cancellations
- Orders for gemstones cannot be canceled once the payment has been processed and shipment is initiated.
- If cancellation is requested before shipment, a partial refund may be granted, excluding transaction and handling fees.
6.5 Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
- In case of a return for defective or damaged items, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement.
6.6 Quality Assurance
- All gemstones undergo a strict quality check before shipping. However, in case of any defects noticed within 7 days of receipt, we encourage you to contact us for a resolution.
